Welcome

WELCOME to the launch of InOurClassrooms an informational website devoted to you K-12 classroom teachers.  As educators we create daily instructional lessons, engage our students in meaningful learning moments, assess their academic growth through content and skill mastery, and all the while ensuring our learning environments allow for student agency and are nurturing, welcoming spaces. What we accomplish each day in our classrooms is not only about our students, it is equally about us.  We are the creative forces behind each lesson, whether state or program scripted or inherently our own, we must stay engaged in every moment of every lesson, and we must feel inspired to do the work we do if our students are to stay inspired. Finally as we transform the lives of our students we must also feel transformed through their successes as well as our own. InOurClassrooms is designed to help you navigate these challenges, make them manageable and allow you to be your best professional self while nurturing your personal self.
